Refer to the Permit Purchase / Distribution Timeframe timetable for permit delivery information for vehicles registered after May 31. Payments for permits will not be due until fall. o   Cases of hardship related to a medical or health condition.

o   Full-time students returning from Fall Study abroad programs.

o   Full-time students that are abroad in the 2011 spring academic semester.

  • If your student will be a senior or graduate student in the 2011/2012 academic year, he/she will have the first opportunity to purchase a commuter on-campus permit. These permits will be available on-line from April 11 – April 17, 2011 and will be sold on a first-come, first serve basis.

Once registered, the permit will be mailed to the student’s home address in June. Permits will not be sent to campus P.O. Boxes.

NOTE:  If you have a commuter student who plans on attending WFU the entire academic year, it is recommended that he/she purchase an annual on-campus permit versus a fall semester permit, as there may not be on-campus permits available to existing students for the spring semester. On-campus spring permits will only be guaranteed to commuter students returning from being abroad in the fall. “Fall only” permits are for students graduating in December or students going abroad for the spring semester.
