All, this has been a day that has been extremely busy. Let me tell you what I know:

We sent an announcement out about classes resuming tomorrow. You can read that here.

Late today, we sent an update announcing the decision to cancel the rest of this week’s classes. You can read that here.

We have experienced a high volume of calls and emails related to today’s emails. Therefore, we are standing up our Call Center today until 9 p.m. Eastern and tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern. That number is 336-758-7500. Please use that Call Center as your resource for questions and feedback.

For those of you who have called my number, sent an email to parents@wfu.edu or replied to a Daily Deac, my goal is always to respond individually if I can. However, right now the volume of calls/emails is too much (and there is one of me and thousands of you!). Please know that we share your feedback with the leadership of our crisis management team, so they are aware of what families are thinking.

I am truly grateful for your patience as we navigate one of the most challenging crisis situations we have faced.
