All, since Move-In begins tomorrow, wanted to share a couple of things I have been hearing on the Call Center and also some recent updates.
If your student has not registered for the SneezSafe symptom tracking, they should do so at this link: https://survey.sneezsafe.com/. Once there:
Enter registration code WF2 and their student ID number.
Students should provide a cell phone number upon registration and must select the option to receive text reminders to complete the daily screening.
If your student is having technical difficulties, they can get assistance by emailing contact@sneezsafe.com.
A message went out in error this morning from Residence Life and Housing to students with information about steps they needed to complete. This was an auto-generated message from our housing software and should not have been sent. Students were promptly sent a message to disregard that email. Our apologies.
For those who are moving in tomorrow, remember to begin that process at the LJVM Coliseum, and have your mask on when you arrive. As a reminder, details and logistics about move-in are available here. I am told that Residence Life and Housing will send resident students a final message this evening. Once it is available, I will post it on our Family News site.
