Today is a brief Daily Deac – has been a busy day and trying to make sure I get this up by deadline. So here are your Top 3 This Tuesday:

1) Our short-lived snow is nearly all gone now. This morning we had a lot of slush on the roads, but it has been pretty sunny and that’s helped us get a lot of the remaining snow to melting. Our Quad Cam is undergoing some maintenance, so your browser may not be able to see what’s left of the snow. No ETA as to when it will be back up and running.

2) Yesterday we had some big news: US Senator Richard Burr (’78) donated his Congressional papers to Wake Forest. You can read more about the story online, or watch video of the ceremony.

3) Is your Deac spending too much time on his/her screen? This Thursday there will be a Digital Wellness Day, complete with workshops and information about how to detangle from your screen. Your Deacs can see the Thursday offerings on the Events Calendar (scroll down through the listing to see the Digital Wellness activities as well as other events).

Since it’s a short blog today, I’ll leave you with a little motivation below. Make it a great week, Deac families!

In any given moment, we have two options: to step forward into growth or to step back into safety.
