I am hoping we are in Actual Fall and not False Fall, because this week’s forecast is fantastic and I want this kind of weather to last. Check it out:

5 day forecast - high in the 70s - woo hoo!

Today we are going to talk about a few of the events coming up later this week that your Deacs might want to attend – but first, let’s talk about the big event that just happened…

Family Weekend Photostory

My terrific photography colleagues put together this photostory about Family Weekend. Hope you will enjoy it!

Puppies on the Quad (!!!!!)

It’s time again for one of my favorite Wake Forest events: Puppies on the Quad:

“Woof Forest will host a Puppies on the Quad event in partnership with Yadkin County Animal Shelter on Sept. 28 from 2-4 p.m. on Manchester Plaza (aka Mag Quad). All proceeds received from this event will benefit the Yadkin County Animal Shelter and their mission.”

For any of your Deacs who are missing their 4-legged siblings (as my ’27 Wolfpack is!), hope they will drop by for a little puppy love 🙂

World Cultural Festival this Thursday 9/28

Please encourage your students to attend our World Cultural Festival (WCF) on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. on Manchester Plaza (aka Mag Quad):

WCF is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the various cultural identities that make up Wake Forest. Enjoy free food and music represented around the world, free takeaways and activities, performances, and you!
