I am out all day today (getting shot #2!!), so this is a pre-post.

Spring is a gorgeous time at Wake – there’s no two ways about it. So wanted to feature a few pics of campus and Reynolda Gardens today. Looks like it might rain on Saturday, but Sunday’s forecast is more favorable. Hope your Deacs can get out and take a long walk and take in some of the beauty of all these flowers and trees in bloom.

This quote hit my social media feed a week or two ago, and I really liked it. Certainly it’s good advice for a Friday:

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense. — Ralph Waldo Emerson

Reminder that Friday afternoons are always a good time to call your Deacs 🙂

Make it a great weekend, Daily Deacdom!
