This one is for our P’20s, our senior families. Just found out today that the Commencement 2020 website has gone live. The speakers have not yet been announced, but you can explore the site, look at the schedule, and get a sense of what the weekend has in store.

It’s probably a bit too early to talk to your ’20 students and discuss which events they feel strongly about attending (and what you and the rest of the family want to attend), but make a mental note to come back to that conversation in the coming weeks; you don’t want to find out you were planning to have a family dinner/celebration on Saturday night if your Deac was making plans to do something totally different then. Speaking of dinners, I do not know how far in advance restaurants will begin taking dinner reservations for Commencement weekend. For those who want to peruse the list of family-generated suggestions of where to eat in W-S, here is what we published at the beginning of the academic year.

There will be lots more Commencement information as we get closer to the big day. This is just the start to whet your whistle.

It’s humpday – the middle of the week. Finish the week strong, then coast gently to the weekend 🙂
