Last day before Fall Break. I got a message yesterday that there is a new link to a recording of From the Ground Up (some of you had noted that the livestream this past Saturday cut off before the end). I watched this morning and this one goes pretty close to the end. Enjoy.

A few other notes:

The Student Health Service will be closed starting 5 pm today through Monday, Oct. 14th at 8:15 am. There will be a nurse on call for telephone consultations for urgent medical concerns. If you have a student that has a health concern, please refer them here for options.

It is Queer History Month, and the LGBTQ+ Center sent along some info about the Change Agent program: “Is your Deac interested in making change through a lens focusing on LGBTQ+ inclusion and racial justice? Check out the LGBTQ+ Center Change Agent program! Applications accepted through October 21!”

The School of Business is hosting Inclusion Weekend on campus this November. Inclusion Weekend is a 2-day workshop where students of color who are juniors and seniors from any major come and learn more about the School of Business accelerated masters programs. All they need is a resume and unofficial transcript to go along with the online application, which is open now through October 25th. Please see the website for details.

And I regret to say I forgot to mention this to all our Deac families who are observing Yom Kippur: may you be inscribed for good.
