Fall Break is definitely the chillest time on campus. Parking? Abundant. Lines in the Benson Food Court? None to speak of. It isn’t that there are no students here – I was out today and I could see some here and there: jogging, or walking with backpack towards the library or eating lunch.

It’s a beautiful day to be outside. Sunny, low 70s, really ideal.

Slow news day due to the break and relative inactivity, so I am taking tomorrow off from the blog. If your Deacs are home with you for Fall Break, spoil them rotten! Cook their favorites and send goodies back with them when they come back to campus.

PS – The relative quiet of campus today has given me an ear worm. I’ve been singing this song in my head. Remember it?
