Action needed! Health Insurance Enrollment/Waiver Period

Today begins the enrollment/waiver process for health insurance. **Every** year, you must either enroll your Deac in our student health insurance program or request a waiver (or you will be automatically billed for our insurance). If you intend to waive coverage, we have to make sure your existing plan is one that has local coverage in case your student needs treatment.

So if you have health insurance and want to request a waiver, use the waiver form. If you want to enroll your student in our health insurance, use the enroll form.

It is VERY important that you either enroll or waive – and unfortunately you don’t get to enroll/waive once and have it cover all 4 years of your Deac’s tenure here, you have to re-enroll or waive every single summer. So to avoid an unpleasant surprise on your tuition bill, please take action one way or the other.
