Today at 3:30 is the Student Involvement Fair on the Manchester Plaza (aka Mag Quad on the south side of campus, nearest the first-year residence halls). This is a great event, because it brings out every student organization on campus to showcase what they do. Student organizations also have email sign up sheets that will get interested folks on their distro list for emails the group sends out about upcoming activities and opportunities.
This Student Involvement Fair is particularly helpful for our newest students, but even if you have a sophomore, junior, or senior, it is a way to branch out, try new things, meet new people.
Please do urge your students to attend. And if you want a look at the student organizations website, it is online here.
