Thank-a-thon

Some of the parents and families that frequent the Parents’ Page may be getting a phone call (or voicemail) this week from one of the staff members at WFU.  We are conducting a “thank-a-thon” and trying to personally call all alumni, parents and friends who have contributed to Wake Forest in the past academic year.

As I have said to many of the parents I spoke to as part of my thank-a-thon calls, Wake Forest is a remarkable place, but we couldn’t do all we do without the support of those closest to the university – alumni, parents and friends.  For parents and families of current students, we know you are making an extraordinary investment in your student’s education, so we are doubly grateful to you.

I know I won’t be able to personally call the thousands of parents and family members who made a gift this past year – but I hope you know how very grateful I am that you believe – as I do – in WFU.  GO DEACS!
