» Early afternoon arrival and check-in at Graylyn Conference Center

» 4 p.m. – Opening Session at Graylyn with Mark Petersen, Vice President for University Advancement – Graylyn Main Conference Room (business casual)

» 6:30 p.m. – Reception and Dinner at Graylyn for Forum guests and invited administrators and current students (jacket and tie) – Graylyn Library (reception) and Main Dining Room (dinner)

 

Wednesday, March 1, 2017 (all events business casual)

» Breakfast at Graylyn – Graylyn ground floor

» 8:50 a.m. – Shuttle departs for Wake Forest campus – Graylyn ground floor main entrance

» 9:00 a.m. – Our Wake Forest Story – Bern Beatty Colloquium, Farrell Hall.  Featured speakers will include President Hatch, Provost Rogan Kersh (‘86), and Vice President for Campus Life Penny Rue

» 12:15 p.m. – Luncheon with Michele Gillespie, Dean of the College, Charles Iacovou, Dean of the School of Business, Rebecca Alexander, Professor of Chemistry, and Michael Sloan, Associate Professor of Classics – Magnolia Room, 2nd floor Reynolda Hall

» 2:00 p.m. – Personal and Career Development at Wake Forest with Vice President of Innovation and Career Development Andy Chan – OPCD Innovation Station, Reynolda Hall Room 230

» Late afternoon time to visit the Deacon Shop and Bookstore, with shuttles returning to Graylyn at 4:30 and 5:00 p.m.

» 6:30 p.m. – Cocktails and casual dinner at Graylyn – Graylyn Living Room and Living Room Porch

» 8:10 p.m. – Shuttle departs for the Wake Forest-Louisville basketball game – Graylyn ground floor main entrance

» 9:00 p.m. Wake Forest vs. Louisville basketball game; Forum guests will be seated in the President’s Suite.  Shuttle will return to Graylyn following the game.

 

Thursday, March 2, 2017 (all events business casual)

» Breakfast at Graylyn – Graylyn ground floor buffet, seating in Main Dining Room

» 9:15 a.m. – Closing Program – Main Dining Room

» 11 a.m. Check out / optional activities
