The Wake Forest Forum, February 28 – March 2, is a lively program designed to give an inside look at the University – a perspective that is not gained from a casual visit to campus. Each year, we invite a small and select group of incoming Wake Forest parents to join us for this unique opportunity to see and experience the learning, teaching, and research that is taking place at the University today. Forum participants are guests of the University; we will arrange your lodging at the University’s Graylyn Conference Center, and will provide all meals and local transportation.
The Forum is being offered to select parents of the incoming Class of 2021. President Nathan Hatch will be sharing an update on Wake Forest, as well as his aspirations for the future. Forum guests will also meet and interact with other key members of the University community, such as Provost Rogan Kersh (‘86), Andy Chan, Vice President for Innovation and Career Development, Penny Rue, Vice President for Campus Life, and others. It is a time to learn about strategic initiatives that are underway at Wake Forest and things their students will experience during their time on campus.
“The Forum provided a comprehensive look at all aspects of the Wake community including resources both educational and social for students. We left the Forum much better educated about Wake and what our roles as parents of a Wake student should be. ” Past Forum Participant
