The Office of Communications and External Relations sent the following email to the campus community on Thursday evening.

We regret to inform you that Christian Medved, a first-year Wake Forest student, died in his hometown of Pleasonton, California, on February 6.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

We grieve the loss of a member of our Wake Forest community and extend our sympathy to his family.
