Welcome  STUDENT –

We are so glad to have you on campus with us as we begin an exciting year together.

The year will officially begin on Wednesday, August 23 when we welcome the Class of 2021 to campus. In preparation for their arrival, we need your help to make the move-in process flow smoothly.

Additionally, returning students will be arriving throughout the weekend on August 25, 26, and 27.

All vehicles will need to be moved out of South Campus parking lots (Lots E, F, G, and J) as well as off of Gulley Drive and Jasper Memory Lane by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 21. Please move your cars to Lot Q on North Campus to allow room for new students and their families to easily move-in and park. If you are leaving campus prior to Monday, August 21 for a pre-orientation program please move your car to Lot Q prior to leaving campus.

Any vehicles left in South Campus parking lots (Lots E, F, G, and J) as well as off of Gulley Drive and Jasper Memory Lane after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22 will be relocated at owner’s expense to make way for new student move-in onWednesday, August 23.

All vehicles will need to be moved out of Hearn Plaza parking lots (Lots A, B, C, M, N, P) by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 24. Please move your cars to either Lot J on South Campus or Lot Q on North Campus to allow room for returning students and their families to easily move-in and park.

Thank you for your assistance in helping us make the move-in experience as convenient as possible for our newest and returning Demon Deacons!

Best –
