Flu Vaccine Clinic – October 4

The Student Health Service along with Maxim Healthcare is sponsoring a student flu clinic on October 4th from 12:00-7:00 pm in 401 Benson.  The vaccine is a trivalent vaccine.  The cost is $27.00 check or cash.  Maxim will accept the following insurance cards:  Aetna, Anthem BCBS,  BCBS of NC, Sierra Health and Life, Healthspring, Florida Blue, and SummaCare. A student can pay for a “voucher ticket”  with his/her credit card at the Benson Ticket office on the day of the event.
