Tuition Is Due August 1 – Act Now if Needed

Parents and families – especially our newest ones – this is your Daily Deac reminder that fall tuition is due on August 1st.  That’s just around the corner.

It is important to note that Wake Forest does not mail paper tuition bills to a student’s permanent address.  All notifications of upcoming payments are done electronically through DEAC (Deacon Electronic Account Center).

Those notices go only to students‘ WFU G-mail accounts UNLESS students do the very-much-recommended step of authorizing parents as third-party payers, which will then get you in the email pipeline of tuition and fees notifications that comes through DEAC.

  •  If you want to be a third party payer/accessor in DEAC, you must have your student authorize you.  It is an easy process and your student can do it on this page (look for the set up a third party payer section)
  •  This website also shows the various payment methods possible
  • You may want to bookmark the tuition deadlines page or mark upcoming deadlines in your calendar as another method of being sure you know what is coming.    http://finance.wfu.edu/sfs/billing
If you have not yet paid tuition, you still have time.  But please work with your student on the possible authorizing you as a third-party payer on DEAC and that will vastly expedite the process.
