Becoming employed (or enrolled in a graduate or professional school) after graduation is the goal of all our students – and their parents and families! The Office of Personal and Career Development sent me some information about an event coming up this week that your students will want to know about – so please feel free to pass this on and share it.
“On September 19th, the Office of Personal & Career Development will be hosting over forty companies on Wake Forest’s campus for the fall job and internship fair. These employers represent industries from banking and financial services to education to marketing and PR to not-for-profit entities and many more. The great thing about this event is that these employers have come because they are specifically looking for Wake Forest talent for their job and internship openings! Don’t let your student miss this opportunity to interact with employers and apply for the positions available to them through DeaconSouce.”
The Office of Family Engagement provides information and support to Wake Forest parents, guardians, grandparents, and family members. The office maintains the Family Engagement Page of the Wake Forest website, which is the primary vehicle of communication with families, as well as our Facebook and Twitter presence.
