Big News

There is big news on campus today.  Porter Byrum (JD ’42), a Charlotte attorney and real estate developer, has made a significant gift to Wake Forest:

“A loyal friend of Wake Forest and a 2011 recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award, Porter B. Byrum, has given Park Road Shopping Center in Charlotte to Wake Forest University, Wingate University and Queens University of Charlotte.”  Read the full story on the WFU website.
