Next week when your students are back from spring break, there is an event on campus that might be of interest to them:

Benjamin Todd Jealous, NAACP President and CEO, will present a lecture entitled “Beyond Jim Crow: Civil Rights, Human Rights, and America’s Ongoing Struggle for Fairness and Opportunity.”

This will be held in the Auditorium of the new Welcome Center on Monday, March 14th from 7-8 p.m.

Part of the education of Wake Forest students comes from having the ability to hear special lectures and speeches from thought leaders on a variety of topics – be they political, cultural, historical, religious, etc.  Please urge your students to take advantage of all our speakers and programs!
